FAQ
What kind of logo files should I provide for designs?
A vector file such as .EPS, .AI, or .PDF is preferrable because they can be scaled to any size. However, in many cases (depending on the project) we can use a high resolution .JPG.
Can you design my logo or branding?
Absolutely! Please contact us for our design services pricing.
Do you price match?
We would love the opportunity to be competitive in our quoting. If you will supply us the competitor quotes you have received so that we can compare material and labor, we would love to try to match or beat competitor pricing.
Can I make a correction to my order after I have approved a proof?
We cannot guarantee the ability to make changes once we have received your approval. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you notice an issue with your artwork after sending us final approval. When you send us approval, we immediately begin setting up production files – so it is imperative that we discuss changes with you as soon as possible.
How durable are your Signs?
Durability will vary with signage material, as well as the sign’s environment and the conditions the sign is used in. We use the highest quality materials available for our products in order to get the maximum life span for each product.
